Site History

I decided to make Jo-Source.Org after years of being a huge Jo fan. I was a fan on her since the very beginning of S Club 7 and she was by far my favourite member.

Her Unique talent for singing, dancing , performing and acting ( but mostly singing ) just drew me straight to her, making me believe she had that extra special something, that the other members didn't have. She stood out in my eyes!

I supported Jo all the way through S Club 7, and even more so when she launched a Solo career in 2005. In the past i have had previous Jo site's ( most of which have turned out rubbish ) such as 'Jo O'Meara Music' which then went on to be called 'Jo O'Meara Style'. I then started helping out a friend - Liam , with his site ' Jo O'Meara Fan' and after a year, the name changed to 'Jo O'Meara UK' which then prosessed on to a professional site with a proper layout and CSS coded and a name change to 'Jo-Fans.co.uk' and just for the record - yes i still help him even tho i have Jo-Source.

So why the name Jo-Source.Org? Well basically, the Jo part obviously comes from her name and the 'Source' part comes from the meaning. 'Source' is basically a word for describing a group of information, which is what i aim to do here for all other Jo fans. Deliver a source of Jo information. And i decided to place a '-' between the two words to make it stand out and make the meaning more noticable.

I decided to use .Org and well basically i just liked the way it sounded... Jo-Source.Org where-as is didn't sound so good with named such as .net .co.uk .com etc!!

My aim is to keep this site open for aslong as it takes and support Jo throughout her career. And i shall be right here bringing you all the latest news, images , media and much more!
